  • We offer two ways to work with us: one-time private dining experiences (Brunch Society, Gather, Coast, and Dinner Club) for a celebration or special occasion, and NCS Reserve, a recurring private chef and hospitality relationship for households and businesses who want ongoing support without planning every event from scratch.

  • Fill out our Start Planning form with your event or membership details. We’ll review it, confirm fit and availability, and follow up to build your menu and estimate before anything is finalized — nothing is automatically booked.

  • We’re meticulous from start to finish: dedicated chefs, menus built around your preferences and allergies, and full-service execution in your home or venue — we shop, cook, serve, and clean up.

  • Each experience is priced per person (Brunch Society $115, Gather $135, Coast $165, Dinner Club $200), separate from groceries and any rental equipment. NCS Reserve membership pricing is discussed directly with you once we understand your cadence and needs.

  • Most events are capped at 20 guests to protect the quality of the experience. Requests for 21–25 guests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
